As many of you likely know, I LOVE Angela Liddon, so you’ll see a lot of her on here, but this Caesar dressing is definitely worth sharing first. The sauce is perfect for serving on a classic Caesar salad, but also great for dipping pretty much anything from veggies, to sandwiches, to my personal favorite, pizza crusts.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt or more, to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp of peppercorn brine – optional – (my mom’s own addition and it’s so good!)
Whisk ingredients together and serve! Stores for about a week in the fridge.
